RETURN ELIGIBILITY
100 ML bottles purchased directly from Indira San Francisco website are eligible for return within 14 days of delivery.

Our 10 ML travel sprays are considered final sale and are not eligible for return.

100 ML BOTTLES
Experience our fragrances with confidence. You may open the 100 ML bottle, try the scent, and if it’s not the right fit, simply return it to us. 

To be eligible for return, the bottle must only be lightly spritzed (typically 3-4 sprays) for the purpose of trying the scent, and the original box must be included and in good condition (not damaged).

RETURN SHIPPING
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We ask you to use a trackable shipping method for your return. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

HOW TO START A RETURN
To begin, click Start a Return. You’ll need a photo of the 100ML bottle and its original box, along with your order number or receipt.

WHAT TO EXPECT

• After you submit your return request, we’ll review it within 2 business days.
• If approved, you’ll receive return instructions by email.
• Once we receive and inspect the 100ML bottle and the packaging, we will issue a full refund of the product price (plus applicable tax) within 3 business days, though bank processing may take an additional 5–7 days. 

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

PROMOTIONS, DISCOUNTS & FREE GIFTS/ITEMS

Please note that partial returns on promotional orders may result in refund adjustments to ensure accurate pricing for both returned and remaining items.

ADDITIONAL DETAILS

• Any shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable
• We do not offer exchanges—please place a new order instead
• We cannot accept returns on final sale items or gift cards
• Returns with missing or damaged boxes will not be approved

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive the wrong item or your order arrives damaged, please email support@indirasf.com and our team will assist you immediately.

EU CUSTOMERS
Orders shipped to the European Union may be returned within 14 days of delivery under the EU Cooling-Off Period. Items must be in their original packaging. To initiate a return, email support@indirasf.com.
